does anyone know what kind of software will allow me to read .LAD file?

RE: Extension .LAD file

If memory serves me, that's the extension used on Allen Bradley RS Logix PLC program files. If not theirs, someone elses.

RE: Extension .LAD file

Unless there are different options which I've forgotten, I'm pretty sure RS Logix saves an .RSS file.

RE: Extension .LAD file

I´ve seen that extension on a PLC software called telepace from microcontrol systems.  The website is www.microcontrolsystem.com you can check it out see if it helps

RE: Extension .LAD file

Sorry, it is a file extension used in Siemens Step 7 for their Ladder files (derrr, you would think I would know that...).

Program files can be stored as Statement Lists (STL) Function Block Diagrams (FBD) or Ladder (LAD).

RE: Extension .LAD file

I believe this is a Fanuc ladder file. You would need to have Fapt Ladder 3 to view/edit this file. Do you know what control it came from?
