Linear Sleeve bearing on lead screw shaft

Linear Sleeve bearing on lead screw shaft

I am looking for a sort of linear sleeve bearing on a lead screw shaft for support. It allows the lead screw inside to move in the axial direction freely. Does anyone know who is manufacturer to make that?

PS: I prefer not modifying the lead screw into partial round shaft

Thanks.
