Hello!
Would someone know what kind of material is required for A-8 material class in API610.
If I use impeller and casing in 1.4401 or 1.4301 it was OK?
What are the diferents between A-7 and A-8 class (A-8 less than 0,03%C )

sorry for my englishsmile

RE: API610 Table H-1 vs. H-2

A7 is a generic Austenitic Stainless Steel for mild aplications, including most of the low temperature applications;- A8 is specific for the use of grade 316/316L Austenitic Stainless Steel (C<0.03%) where corrosion resistance is required.
The 1.4401 or 1.4301 are A7 materials, not A8.
