Chain Links in Inventor

Chain Links in Inventor

(OP)
I am new at using the Inventor Design Tabs in Inventor 2010. I am trying to use the Roller Chain command and have created a chain across 2 sprockets. However, I thought it would show this as a chain with links. Instead, I only have the option to show it as a solid (simple sweep feature) or as a simple sketch.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks

Nothing. Actual links is usually extreeme overkill.  If you want them you will need to model them.  There is a routine out there somewhere to generate links for you, search Google on roller chain links generator Autodesk Inventor.
