Energy Intensity Index Calculation

Energy Intensity Index Calculation

Energy Intensity Index Calculation

(OP)
Does somebody knows how to calculate Energy Intensity Index (EII™)for a process unit?

RE: Energy Intensity Index Calculation

It is a benchmark of performance for the process - energy used per unit production divided by a 'standard' energy per unit.  The details of the methodology are Solomon Associates' IP, so anyone with access to them would have a confidentiality agreement barring them from disclosing the detailled methodology, factors and the like.

It's not straightforward or quick, even with the full methodology written down.  I'd suggest contacting Solomon Associates.
