Recently in one of the customers place the out door unit of VRF system blasted therby damaging all electrical connections.Manufacturer have replaced the unit and taken the unit for investigation. The refrigerant used is R-410A and compressor apparently NO DAMAGE.

It is intriguing and appears to be freak.Probably the cables are inserted without Gland and it might have loosened and created heavy spark with Phase to Phase contact causing Blasting noise.
