ASME B31.1 or 31.3??

ASME B31.1 or 31.3??

(OP)
Greetings to all

Currently I am working on the design of a turbine generator. The gas fuel used in equipment will be gas. As the level of gas pressure is very low, is required for compressors (centrufugo or screw) to bring up the pressure indicated by the manufacturer of the turbine generator. Which rule applies to everything about the system of pipes in the area of compression of gas?.

Thank you for your reply.

RE: ASME B31.1 or 31.3??

It occurs to me that the B31 piping codes may not be the correct choice for this application. If you are indeed running equipment using natural gas the appropriate code for piping running from the natural gas meter to your equipment is the Fuel Gas Code.
