Uniform Force Method

(OP)
This is with respect to thread507-125614: Uniform Force Method Question. I have been reviewing similar kind of connection in which alpha and alpha bar is not the same. As per the final outcome of the thread, it has been found that this moment at beam/gusset interface is counteracted by the eccentricity of the horizontal beam force at the eccentricity due to alpha no equal to alpha bar. I am not able to understand this scenario and would like to understand it more clearly. Is there anyone has drawn a free body diagram and has explained it in a better way.

Thanks...
