which filler material would you use to perform seal welding between 2 different materials like ASTM A182 F316L & ASTM A216 WCB.
Would inconel 625 or inconel 82 be suitable in your opinion ?

Inconel 82 is the typical filler metal for DMW's exposed to service temperatures at or above 800 deg F. Below this temperature, 309 can be used for your stated materials.
