position indicators on valve

(OP)
I have to built on multiple detectors on a rotary valve. These valves are so critical that owner demand multiple independend detectors to make a voting for open/close detection. I have one position transmitter (4-20 mA versus stroke). I would like to stack 2 puck type proximity sensors. Have anybody an solution?
I would like to have as much as direct of the shelf, of course I can make something myself but it need to be standard components.

RE: position indicators on valve

Steamdog suggested Topworx.  Stonel, Automax, and Westlock are other names in the switchbox suppliers' list.

Be care ful stacking pucks.  If pucks are too close, the prox sensors can sometimes read a target that is on an adjacent puck.
