High Temperature Fitting

(OP)
Does anyone have experience with Pressure connections in the 1200 F range?

I need a removable connection for use with air at 1200F and up to 600 psi. It will be subject to multiple room to hot temperatures cycles daily. Preferably without retightening.

I'm considering Machining an Autoclave F250C style fitting into our part. Probably made out of Inconel 718 (material choice is not related to just the fitting and it could change).

The customer had wanted to use a 1/4NPT fitting with ceramic cement.

Internally we've also discussed using a metal C-ring in an o-ring style groove or an EBI Boss Seal from Advanced Products on an MS33649 style fitting.

Any comments on reliability or suitability for this application?

Thanks in Advance.
