low carbon stainless steel cold rolled

I'm trying to find out what type of steel this is.

Carbon .60-.75

Manganese .20-.80

Phosphorus .030 max

Sulphur .020 max

Silicon .15-.60

Chromium 12.00-14.70
Balance is FE + residuals
Specification sheet does not list type of steel. Any idea's what type this is.
Thanks

RE: low carbon stainless steel cold rolled

It looks like Type 420 stainless steel with too much carbon.  Allegheny Ludlum offers a grade called Type 420HC which has nominally 0.44% C together with 12-14% Cr.  The other option is Type 440A, but the Cr content is too low: 16-18% is the normal range.  Are you sure about the carbon content?  The subject line says low carbon stainless steel, but the carbon concentration listed is for a high carbon grade.

It's spec is what I got off the sheet.
This is a spec sheet for an injector razor blade. We use this in several of our products. I always thought it was a higher carbon content also, 420 or 440A. I ask Carpenter steel and they didn't come up with anything. Maybe a custom blend. I'm getting some staining after cleaning. Thanks for your input.

RE: low carbon stainless steel cold rolled

Yes any wear component with some requirement of corrosion resistance have high carbon (12-14% Cr grades). There are cases where carbon upto 1% is used. Mostly these are used in paper mills as refiner segments.
