DB_PART_NAME - a table that should only contain one entry per child?

DB_PART_NAME - a table that should only contain one entry per child?

DB_PART_NAME - a table that should only contain one entry per child?

(OP)
For those in the audience that work with TeamCenter/NX/TCVis, I have a quick question:

In the standard, "out of the box" list of database tables, i.e. the DB_ prefixed tables, multiple versions of the same child within a larger assembly should report the same information about that child when running a report, correct?

Reason that I ask is I am in the middle of trying to "debug" a troublesome TCVis 2007 .jt assembly - which was exported out of NX6 - which crashes when running standard clearance filter tool.  In the process of running a partlist comparison between this troublesome assembly, and its working cousin - I ran across a child part, used in mulitple subassemblies, which has a different value listed in DB_PART_DESC field.
