Hello,
Tell me if you like this idea and I'll submit an enhancement request. See attachment. I think it's kinda cool? Or maybe it's already in the software and I don't know about it.

It sort of is already in the software.  If you select a part or subassembly from the feature tree prior to Mass Properties, or change selections while Mass Properties window is visible, you can get component mass properties directly from/in context of the assembly.

You can set a keyboard shortcut to activate the Mass Properties.

Having an RMB pick would be another good option though.

Hey, how about when you hover over the assembly or part? huh? It kind of does it now showing the configuration state.
