Attached is a picture. How to bend a bar along an arbitrary line ( in picture is the VERTICAL line) ? so not the line normal to edges !

No, the bend is not like that. I want to bend along vertical line (punch the bar )

Please do the best you can to show what you want even if it is wrong and you need to point out why. I can't visualise this and much as I'd like to help people for free if I can there's a limit to the time one can spend understanding the question. Please make it really clear.

My guess is he wants the second bend into or out from the screen, bent along the vertical line on his bar image.
