How do I calculate how much my oil will shrink due to heating in my treater?

RE: Oil shrinkage to to heater treater

the coefficient of expansion of crude oils ranges from

230.0 × 10-6 to 930.0 × 10-6 per degree F

ASTM D1250 - 08 has the tables based on gravity

Can use a hydrocarbon processing simulator like WinSim or Hysys to model the compositional change and volume losses.  I don't know of a quick and dirty technique.  You would need a compositional analysis of the oil to use the simulation method.

My office just got CHEMCAD which I have never used before (I used to use HYSYS).  I will give it a try and see if I can come up with something.
