Make all blocks grey

Make all blocks grey

Make all blocks grey

(OP)
I have some floor plans that I need to add various service layouts to (electrical, data, fire alarm, air-con etc..)
The original drawings have numerous blocks that are unable to be exploded and are different colours.

Is there an easy way to grab everything and make it a single colour.  All the non-block items are fine, but the blocks stay as they were.  I have to manually edit all the blocks to make them explodable.

Thanks

RE: Make all blocks grey

Use the refedit command on the blocks that you are trying to grey.

RE: Make all blocks grey

shogbert,

I think you could find a lisp in the www, that would change the nested objects to "By Layer"
Which ACAD-version are you running?

Its AutoCAD LT2008 & LT2009

RE: Make all blocks grey

Hm,

lisp is not running with LT.
Maybe you can work with a *.ctb file. But the objects on the screeen would not change their colour.
So you have to edit the blocks manually sad.

No more alternatives, Lothar
