Can anybody recommend a conductive grease for aluminum/steel joint to provide a low resistance current path while protecting from galvanic corrosion?
When was the last time you drove down the highway without seeing a commercial truck hauling goods?

Also consider Burndy 'Penetrox A' joint compound.
RE: Aluminum/steel transition
I would cover the steel with zinc (to avoid Al galvanic corrosion) and use "Penetrox A" to break Al oxidation and make more contact points.
