A question for the machine manufactures.

Is there a single software package out there that will let you track

1) Parts sold for repair
2) new machine sales and parts used from inventory and po's
3) Service work
4) billing out the clients
5) automated ordering of parts

We have looked at several EAM/CMMS and ERP software packages, btu can not find one that will do every hing.

Any decent ERP system can easily handle all those. That's basic stuff your asking.
We use Made2Manage..It will easily handle those tasks.
