Requirements for welding to outside of vessel

Requirements for welding to outside of vessel

(OP)
I have a small break vessel that has a bracket on the outside that needs to be moved inorder to facilitate installation. The vessel has already been hydro tested, and does not require PWHT.

My question is: Are there any specific requirements as per code that i need to be aware of in order to but off this bracket and re-attach it in a different location. The vessel material is 304H SS.

Thank you for any help provided, it is greatly appreciated.

RE: Requirements for welding to outside of vessel

An external attachment weld can be done post hydro, there should be no issues. If concerned, ask your local AI which is alawys a good idea.
