My company just purchased a Dynaflow AFM. Its used. It appears to be fairly old because the control panel is all push buttons, no HMI.

Can anyone steer me to a manual of some sort or directions on how to use it?

The model is an HL20

RE: Abrasive Flow Machining

It's a Dynetics Corp. machine.  All the links refer back to ExtrudeHone so I'm guessing Kennametal pushed a merger sometime years ago.  If you're in the states, you'll want to talk to the Irwin, Pennsylvania office and see if they can help you.  They can supply the media plus the consulting on grades, pressures, etc., so they may be willing to dig up a manual somewhere.

Thanks a lot! I'll call them today. We got this machine on the cheap.

For making aftermarket car parts - hopefully that'll pan out to help me as well as the owner of this company.
