Ideal Ball and socket design & material for immersion in pool water

Ideal Ball and socket design & material for immersion in pool water

(OP)
Can anyone help me with a design and the ideal materials for a ball and socket structure with full 180 degree motion.  I initially found this site from thread712-223285: ball and socket design (referenced in the url below).  Helpful commentary.  This ball and socket design should have a full range of motion and be able to withstand full immersion in pool water i.e. constant exposure to chlorine, salt and other pool chemicals.   Any suggestions would be most welcome.

I am not an engineer so I apologize in advance if the advice could be as non-technical in nature as possible. Thanks.
