In the attached drawing I have set the dimension to .XX yet it shows up as X.
I have gone to Tools>Options>Units and it's correctly set but I can't see what I am doing (so simply) wrong here.

Document properties > Detailing > Trailing zeroes

As per ASME Y14.5M-1994, on metric drawings, you are not to show trailing zeros. Any intelligence you activate in dimensions display, implements this policy.
On English drawings, you are not to show leading zeros. On metric drawings, you do show them.
Look at your document policy and look at your leading and trailing zeros.
Better yet, set the leading and trailing zeros to "Standard", and put a tolerance on each of your metric dimensions.
