8735 and 8740 Fatigue Data

8735 and 8740 Fatigue Data

Can anyone direct me to the Fatigue Life Data for these two materials:  8735(AMS 6320) and 8740 (AMS 6322).  I have reviewed the material spec sheets (AMS 6320 and 6322), MIL-S-6049, MIL-HDBK-5, MMPDS-01, ANC-5, and various texts and on-line sources with no success.

The application is a simple 1/4" stud, heat treated to 150 ksi.  

Can anyone point me towards a source for this data?
