Rebar Yield Strength From 1952

Rebar Yield Strength From 1952

(OP)
I have a building that I am reviewing that has a reinforced one-way slab spanning to structural steel beams that was built in 1952.  I am trying to get a feel for the floor live load capacity.  In preparing to complete the analysis, I relized that I do not have the rebar yield strength.  What was the most common yield strength of rebar in 1952?  I am thinking 40ksi.

As always, I appreciate the input!
