hi, does anyone know why my cursor does not stay a pencil in all sketch tools?
most of the time it changes to  a hair line cross.... not consistent.
very bothersome...

What version and SP of SolidWorks.  This used to be an issue with older versions of SolidWorks.  I have not noticed that behavior in quite a while.

What are you computer specs and video card?

Make sure the SolidWorks 2D Emulator add-in is not selected.

Good catch.... I missed the hair line cross hairs reference.  A sure sign the 2D Emulator add-in is enabled.
