Pins showing on top of the silkscreen? Orcad Layout?
Pins showing on top of the silkscreen? Orcad Layout?
(OP)
I am a newbie, since I have just started and I have two dumb questions to make.
I have to work on this project. This is the top : http ://www.scr eencast.co m/users/Sc haum/folde rs/Jing/me dia/6163fc 7f-56a5-4f 27-805e-89 14f934af03
and this one is the bottom http ://www.scr eencast.co m/users/Sc haum/folde rs/Jing/me dia/2cabf8 bb-98e5-40 50-9357-6f a3f15ba618. This is the bottom I have made http ://www.scr eencast.co m/users/Sc haum/folde rs/Jing/me dia/dbdac5 57-0dda-40 89-b6a0-0c 0ad8eef825 although pins are showing on top as you can see http ://www.scr eencast.co m/users/Sc haum/folde rs/Jing/me dia/da0eab 87-08dd-40 4a-853a-03 bcdb5328d2. What am I supposed to do? How should I hide them? Can someone please tell what to do? Should I make the connections on top? I don't know how I should hide the pins to make it look like that, or perhaps I should do something else? Please help!!! What am I supposed to do?

RE: Pins showing on top of the silkscreen? Orcad Layout?
The net result is an electrical circuit connecting the components in a desired way. The so-called 'printed circuit' is much cheaper to produce than the traditional alternatives, e.g. installing turret posts in a bare FRP board and wrapping and soldering the component leads.
It appears that perhaps you need to go through the OrCAD tutorial one more time.
