I don't have access to my ASTM books at the moment.

Can anyone tell me if the internal cleanliness requirements are the same for Copper ACR tubing per B280 and Oxygen/Medical tubing per B819.

RE: ASTM B280 vs. B819

B280 only states the tubing shall have a clean, bright appearance.  B819 has a section that can be invoked for actual cleaning for medical gas systems that using one of 5 different methods and an actual cleanliness requirement with a residual residue limit.
