Advanced Simulation: in NX6 (NX6.0.2 MP1) it is possible to do breakout modeling - where "you use results from a coarse static analysis of an entire structure to create detailed models for regions of particular interest."

However, the documentation is really sparse on details about how this technique really works - there's only a single page in the Help on the topic, and it is very un-specific.  Does anyone have any additional guidance material that would help apply breakout modeling techniques?  A simple worked example would be great...

Also, is there any information "out there" about capabilities of superelement modeling ni NX Advanced Simulation, with either NX or MSC Nastran solvers?
