Using linear and circular patterns together?

Using linear and circular patterns together?

Using linear and circular patterns together?

(OP)
I have created a model using planes to align the four holes.

Can I use patterns instead?

I can pattern the first hole using a linear pattern measuring 50mm but need to combine it with a radial pattern of 30 degrees. I end up with holes that I do not need.

Is there a way to combine the two?

RE: Using linear and circular patterns together?

Take a look at the Curve Driven Pattern function. Use a helix starting from the seed hole as the path.
