Change Drawings in one shot

Change Drawings in one shot

Change Drawings in one shot

(OP)
Hi,

I have large no. of 2d drawings created in SolidWorks 2009. I need to insert blocks and make similar changes across several 100s of drawings. Is there any way I can make these changes in one shot or any simpler method rather than opening each drawing and making the changes?

One method I can think of is placing the drawings requiring the similar changes into a folder and run a macro on them to make the changes. The problem is the placement of block or changes I need are not at same locations in the drawings!

Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

Thanks,
RKam

RE: Change Drawings in one shot

Macros and programs exist which can swap sheet formats en masse. Can the blocks be placed onto several sheet formats?
