why my contact doesn't work?

why my contact doesn't work?

why my contact doesn't work?

(OP)
I have simulated a concrete deck laying on a simply supported steel beam. Some vertical loads are applied on the concrete beam. Both concrete and steel are modeled using 2D-solid elements. Surface-to-surface contact element is defined  between deck and the beam--a very simple problem. I wonder why the concrete layer moves! Basically the concrete must transfer the loads to the steel beam as contact elements are defined. I used contact wizard and didn't change any of its assumptions. The pictures are attached.

Your help is highly appreciated.

RE: why my contact doesn't work?

1.you must change stiff contact element(KFN).increase it
to solve
2.turn on large displacement.
