Is there a way to import parts into Pro Engineer, and have them pointed to my start parts, so that they have all the preset views etc, in my start parts.

RE: Importing Parts

intf_in_use_template_models yes

Thanks, this works, but only sort of.  I'm still not allow to choose the template that i'd like.  It just uses template in C:\PTC\proeWildfire2\templates; specifically inlbs_asm_design.  Is there anyway to have it prompt you or set that default?

RE: Importing Parts

template_designasm
template_solidpart

RE: Importing Parts

You have to have your templates defined by Dgallup's seconde message in order for the import to reference them per his first message.
