Anything similar to PFT-25.2 in Section VIII Div.I

(OP)
Is there anything similar to PFT-25.2 in Section VIII Div.I?

I know UG-49 talks about the maximum "distance from the center of the outermost stays to the inside of the supporting flange (for flanged stayed plate) shall not be greater than the pitch of the stays plus the inside radius of the flange."

Can some one tell me the "pitch" code is referring to is the actual pitch of the tubes or "the maximum allowable pitch" I can calculate backwards using UG-47 (Similar to PFT-25.2).
I know Design Pressure and thickness of stayed plate.

Thanks
