mx620 mouse lag with SolidWorks XP 64

mx620 mouse lag with SolidWorks XP 64

(OP)
I have recently upgraded to XP64 SP2, using SolidWorks Premium x64 SP3.0 with a Nvidia Quadro FX 5600
My problem is with my mx620 cordless laser mouse using Set Point 4.72.40 drivers. I am experiencing significant mouse lag when I rotate a model using my mouse middle button. The model does not start rotating for about 1/2 second, then it jumps to catch up. It also seems to miss when I point and click sometimes having to click twice. I have new batteries installed and the USB thingy is plugged in the back of my PC less than 2 feet from the mouse
I have no other mouse issues with any other applications

Any ideas are appreciated
Tom

RE: mx620 mouse lag with SolidWorks XP 64

Try a generic mouse with standard Windows mouse drivers and see if your problems go away.
