How do I show all the plies in a layup?

How do I show all the plies in a layup?

How do I show all the plies in a layup?

(OP)
Hi, I'am just starting out using Abaqus to simulate carbon reinforced composites.

However, Abaqus hides quite a bit of it's features with some intension.

I have a simple S4R square surface with a simple carbon-epoxy material attached with a layup of 9 plies.

The simulation is good, but I can only get plies 1 and 9 to appear on the part.
1.) How can I create an explode view to see all the plies(ideal) or see plies 2-8 on the part(better than now)?

I also have another post-process query.

2.) How can I assign a paricular colour(or range of) to a paricular ply?

Firstly so that I can see the critical ply view using 9 colours instead of the current 2(blue/red), but also so that I can view(when stresses are ON), how a force tranverses the plies.

I'am sorry if I'am missing a few basics, if I'am not making myself understood please say so.

Thanks to the reader
