Timber use in freashwater

(OP)
Does anyone know what types of timbers are good to use in a constant wet/dry freshwater environment? I can't use treated pine because of the DEP regulations. I am looking at using either fiber reinforcement composites or Greenheart. I don't need anything with a high structural capacity. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
