I found a problem with one of the transistors on a small board I am working on. The transistor is so small I can't read the values on it. The board itself says that it is a TR 405. Does this mean anything to any of you guys?

RE: Transistors

it is either a pnp a npn of a fet what are the supply voltages

RE: Transistors

Get out the eye loupe or microscope if the markings are too small to read by unaided eye.

Yeah I will have to get a microscope to read the markings. I can't make them out with a magnifying glass.

RE: Transistors

What's the circuit board, perhaps someone has information on it.
