Lost Design Table

Lost Design Table

Lost Design Table

(OP)
I really need some help here.  When I open an assembly and then edit one of the parts in the assembly the part does not offer me any design table options even though it is shown in the config tab (open, edit, edit in new window, etc).  If I close the assembly and open just the part, the config tree does not even show the design table.  I need to find this table and restore it or we are talking about weeks of lost work.

Thanks in advance for your assistance,
BB

RE: Lost Design Table

I would send the file to your VAR.  If the Excel object for the design table is still embedded in there somewhere, the SW folks should be able to pull it out.

RE: Lost Design Table

Does the DT show when created in a new part?

RMB in the FM and select Hide/Show tree items, and make sure the DT option is set to Automatic. The alternative is Hide.

RE: Lost Design Table

Does the DT show in any backup copies of the part?
