Meshing problems?

Meshing problems?

Meshing problems?

(OP)
Hello.  We are experimenting with a "meshfree" solver that does not require meshing,  and looking for solid models that are particularly difficult to mesh,  e.g. those with small features, complex geometry, etc.  Ideally, would like them to be Parasolid models (such as those used in Solidworks), but other solids would be also of interest.

Thank you.

Vadim,

Can your mesher handle contact of complex geometry, such as meshing involute helical gear teeth?

In principle, yes,  but right now we are focusing on analysis single parts, however complex,  with no simplification or defeaturing.  ... one step at a time ...
