Cut list length difference

Cut list length difference

Cut list length difference

(OP)
I am a newbie to SW and I couldn't find a solution elsewhere.

I have a large weldment structure with sqaure tubing...32 different item folders.
In the part file everything is correct in the folders for each cut list item.

When I insert a weldment cut list in a drawing the lengths for some of the items are very different from the lengths in the part file.

Some are as much as 5 inches longer than the actual weldment. Some are exactly what they need to be.

All of the angles are correct.

This seems to be the problem on any items that have an angled cut on both ends.

Could having a trim/extend on the weldment be causing this?

RE: Cut list length difference

Make sure the Cutlist is updated in the Feature Manager.

It could also be a glitch/bug.

Which SW version and SP are you using?
