Greetings,

Being new to Pro/E I'm eithere finding it hard to navigate the Help documentation or this topic is not covered there.  What is the process to publish data from Pro/E to ProductView?

Thanks for the help!

RE: Publish to ProductView

Do you have a PDM system for controlling your files?
PDMLink comes with 1 ProductView CAD worker license to generate the viewables.

Thanks looslib,

Yes, (Pro/I). Do you mean I need a special license to generate ProdoctView Files?

RE: Publish to ProductView

If you have Pro/I 8+, you should have the license.
You do need to install full Productview to generate the viewables.

RE: Publish to ProductView

You don't need a license to generate ProductView files - just do a File -> Save As & select the appropriate file type.

You will need a ProductView license to view them.
