Construction Seq. Load, Push Over Analysis, Performance Based Design

(OP)
Hello,

Kindly demonstrate the procedure for the construction sequential load analysis, Push Over Analysis and Performance Based Design. What are the advantages and disadvantages of not complying with these trend?

They said, floor slab are not constructed at one time so construction sequential load must be considered.

Another, building must be designed using performance analysis, what if the load exceeded the ultimate strength capacities of columns, beams, etc. So it must be analysed using Peformance Based Design.

Thanks,
