Good Book on Distributed Generation

Good Book on Distributed Generation

Good Book on Distributed Generation

(OP)
A big topic in the electrical energy industry is how to handle all the renewable generating sources that will be located on the distribution grid?  What type of protection and control equipment?  How to deal with feeder imbalance? Islanding? etc.

Does anyone know of any good books recently published on this topic?

Thanks!

RE: Good Book on Distributed Generation

"Integration of Alternative Sources of Energy" by Felix A. Farret, M. Godoy Simoes is pretty good. You can see a detailed TOC at the Wiley (publisher) web site.

Embedded Generation by Jenkins,Allan,Crossley, Kirschen & Strbac.
ISBN 0852967748.
Fairly comprehensive coverage of all the main issues.
