Can anyone point me towards a shreadsheet for preliminary design of sheet pile retaining walls. (Preferably UK code)

Thanks

I use software from Pile Buck, Incorporated.

Other popular software is sold by CivilTech Software - the Shoring suite.

Or you can run it on a beam analysis program.

For preliminary analysis I use Prosheet, offered by Skyline Steel. I believe it's free, but not entirely sure. Most sheet piling available locally is one of their sections, so it works well for me.
