Has anyone used LISA FE software?

Has anyone used LISA FE software?

Has anyone used LISA FE software?

(OP)
I am just trying out this software out and evaluating it for my needs.

I was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with it (good or bad) and can give any comments?

I am wanting to use it for tank / vessel design for non-critical carbon steel fabrications.
The operating pressures are full vacuum to atmosphere with just air & water vapor.
I can't quite justify the $ for higher end software at this time.

RE: Has anyone used LISA FE software?

Evaluate calculix instead. I know Lisa is capable but it had the most butt headed interface I have ever come across, when I looked at it a few years back.

Cheers

Greg Locock
