Shale Oil Pour Point Reduction

Shale Oil Pour Point Reduction

Shale Oil Pour Point Reduction

(OP)
Hi -

I am investigating the reducing of the pour point of some Shale Oil and wondering if anyone has any experience with specific additives that can help with this? Currently the pour point is around 70F and we need to bring it down to 22 F. Searching around I can find a lot of general information but no specifics. Any leads would be of great help.

Thanks!

RE: Shale Oil Pour Point Reduction

Contact Baker-Hughes, GE Betz or Nalco, to name a few, as they collectively have decades of experience with crude pour point reduction additives.
