(OP)
2009.0.0 with routing
Simple route comprising two butt-weld elbows and three straight pipes in two planes, between a flange and a custom part.

When I rebuild, save, close and reopen the drawing, the pipes disappear.  The elbows are still visible, just sitting there in space.  The pipes appear greyed under 'Route Parts' in the FMDT, and hovering over each produces the message above.

So I 'edit route', >>don't change anything<<, and when I exit from the 3D route sketch, SW moves the greyed pipes, still greyed, up in the tree, and inserts three new pipes of appropriate length.

Does this behavior bring back memories for anyone?

Thanks.
