Interactions between parts during position defined motion?(How to)

(OP)
Hello and thanks for the help,
I currently have a three part assembly, two titanium parts sandwiching an compressible meniscus. I want to define a motion study such that the top part rotates forward 45 degrees from the vertical plane, and then determine the loads and displacement of the compressible meniscus as a result. How can I do this? Any help, even if its with only a small part of it, would be a huge benefit. Thanks again.
