Hollow masonry anchors

(OP)
I'm attempting to attach a ledger to an existing hollow cmu wall, it  may not be grouted where I need grout.  Please recommend your favorite anchor for this app.  The ledger will be 1/8" steel plate, 8" deep min, continuous.  We're looking at around 400plf on the ledger.  I've been digging through the possiblities and I'm about the call hilti, etc.
thanks

If it is a residential project I would recommend Simpson.  They have one with epoxy + screen tube that is perfect application for your case.  http://www.strongtie.com

RE: Hollow masonry anchors

If you are bolting into an ungrouted core, what about thru-bolting the wall with an oversized washer or plate on the back side?  You can also grout the core that the bolt is in.
